Heany Industries LLC offers thermal spray coatings and solid ceramic component engineering solutions for a variety of industrial and aerospace applications.  Our coatings provide high temperature wear, thermal barrier, and corrosion resistance for applications where increasing component longevity and reducing system downtime is critical.  Coating materials include tungsten carbide, chrome carbide, chrome oxide, stellite 6, Aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, triballoy 400, triballoy 800.
