Cerablak LLC Protection for Extreme Environments. With new and emerging energy industries, the demand for high temperature protective coatings is rapidly rising. Cerablak is introducing a new generation of high temperature paints for protection in extreme environments. These paints are deposited using HVLP spray process and converted to a ceramic coating with thermal exposures below 600F. HTP-357 is a newly developed thermal insulation coating embodying a new generation of thermal barrier coatings with combined high emissivity and ultra-low thermal conductivity. These coatings are suitable for direct deposition on alloys, ceramics, and even some high-T polymers to afford excellent thermal, flame, and fire protection. HTP-100, as described on Cerablak.com, will also be highlighted with new application themes to include thermography, molten salt/metal, and galvanic corrosion.
