Traditional corrosion management systems (CMS) for petrochemical plants often lack flexibility and intelligence. This paper presents a novel CMS built on a low-code platform, enabling rapid customization of core modules (equipment records, thickness monitoring, online inspection, corrosion IOWs, case management) and adaptable workflows to fit specific plant needs. Its key technological differentiators are:(1)Self-developed ATP Formula Engine: Integrates corrosion prediction models (e.g., dew point calc.) to generate quantitative risk values. Triggers real-time warnings for exceedances with targeted alerts and recommended actions.(2)SVG Risk Loop Visualization: Dynamically links monitoring points to equipment via interactive SVG graphics, enabling real-time data and trend display for enhanced situational awareness. (3)AI-Powered Analytics: Employs algorithms to cleanse, integrate, and analyze diverse corrosion data (inspection, process, equipment, cases), uncovering hidden patterns and trends for predictive insights. This integrated approach, combining configurable workflows with ATP prediction, SVG visualization, and AI analytics, facilitates proactive corrosion control, intelligent decision support, and significantly improved management efficiency. Field application demonstrates its effectiveness as a next-generation solution for enhancing refinery asset reliability.
