This RIP symposium is seeking abstracts that cover various aspects of environmentally assisted cracking. The focus is on the cracking of conventional or newly developed alloys, including crack initiation and growth during stress corrosion cracking, corrosion fatigue, and hydrogen embrittlement, as well as methodologies for mitigation and/or repair. In addition, studies related to the development of novel techniques to monitor crack initiation and growth, testing protocols, and life prediction models, including the expansion of these techniques/models to measurement in extreme environments, are welcomed. Submissions should include the latest research findings and ongoing investigations. All abstracts and presentations must be noncommercial. No sales pitches allowed!
