Carissa Metzger is a Junior Scientist at Cortec Corporation where she works on corrosion protection product development and testing. Colin Gardner is a research chemist at Cortec Corporation in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where he develops for corrosion protection in concrete structures. His background includes research in nanostructured metal systems and nanoparticle synthesis, with a strong foundation in electrochemistry and surface analysis. Before joining Cortec, Colin conducted graduate research at the University of California, Santa Barbara, investigating the growth mechanisms of gold nanoparticles. His work bridges fundamental chemistry and applied materials science, focusing on innovative, data-driven solutions for industrial challenges.
