Nayab Ali is from San Antonio, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University, followed by Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Chemical Engineering at UTSA, where she serves as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Corrosion Laboratory under the guidance of Dr. Brendy Rincón Troconis and Dr. Oladis Troconis de Rincón. Her research focuses on the corrosion behavior of Zn–Si electrodeposited steel coatings.
