John W. Winfrey earned his undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Arkansas – Little Rock and later earned an MBA Degree with a focus in Technology Management. He began his career in coatings within the fiberglass reinforced industry. His involvement in the composites industry spanned nearly fifteen years. His career pivoted to post-applied coatings, where his work expanded to acrylic emulsions, alkyd, aspartic, epoxy, polyurea, and polyurethane technology. John joined Pflaumer in 2022, where he uses his years of experience in product development, sales, laboratory, and operations management to develop solutions for various applications in the coatings market.
