We introduce easy-to-use, software platform for integration of pipeline integrity and corrosion, and operational decisions with external, internal corrosion modules.
With an intuitive user interface, Praemia automates manual data integration, collates disparate datasets, including As-built, GIS, corrosion control history, risk results, integrity assessment sources- CP compliance systems, inline inspections (ILI), electrical surveys.
As example, external corrosion module integrates CP current density, corrosion data (ILI), pipeline as-built, to the centerline, with insights into root causes of pipeline segments with lower CP effectiveness or active corrosion. Likewise, the internal corrosion module, aligns new (& growth) pits to pipe data, with coupon, chemical injection locations and coupon results.
Spatial/graphical alignment provides actionable insights, dashboards, and overlays on yourtraditional risk management. The approach is suited to day-to-day operational decisions (complements a periodic risk run) with broader data integration, supporting better corrosion control. The ability to triage, focus on problematic sections within longer survey/assessment segments, improves cost effectiveness for remediation and preventative actions. An AI model allows optimal scheduling of preventative activities for planning.
