RITHUPARNA RAJESH (Presenter 1) is a 1st year PhD student at the University of Leeds, and her research focuses on structural integrity of cement and steel-cement interfaces in geological CO2 storage facilities. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has three years of prior experience in the field of corrosion assessment in reinforced concrete structures. RIDA-FATIMA MAZUMDER (Presenter 2) is a 2nd year PhD student at the University of Leeds working on steel-cement interfaces used in carbon storage. She has a background in chemistry having graduated from the University of Birmingham, UK in 2023 with a BSc Honours degree.
