Taishi Fujishiro has been working for Nippon Steel Corporation (NSC). He is belonging technical research and development center of NSC and pursuing R and D for linepipe materials. He graduated from Tokyo Institute of Technology, now the Institute of Science Tokyo, took a Master’s degree, and joined NSC at 2006. He also received his PhD from the Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2022. His main fields are metallurgy and corrosion engineering for low alloy carbon steel. Membership of academic societies: ISIJ(The Iron and Steel Institute Japan), JSCE(Japan Society of Corrosion Engineering). Membership of standards: AMPP Standard Committee (SC) 08.
