Zahed Ghelichkhah is a Postdoctoral Researcher and Project Leader at the Institute for Corrosion and Multiphase Technology (ICMT), Ohio University. He earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Lehigh University, working under the supervision of Prof. Gregory Ferguson, Prof. Digby Macdonald, and Prof. Ramanathan Srinivasan. He has extensive expertise in developing mechanistic models of electrochemical reactions using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Currently, he leads multiple industry-funded projects focused on corrosion inhibition of carbon steel in aqueous CO₂ environments and carbon capture and storage (CCS) applications.
