Kevin Irving

International Zinc Association

Kevin Irving is a zinc industry veteran known for transforming operations, inspiring audiences, and proving the power of zinc. With more than 33 years of experience. Kevin is currently a consultant with the International Zinc Association and a NACE Certified Coating Inspector. He served as Vice President and General Manager of AAA Galvanizing, which was acquired by AZZ Metal Coatings in 2008, where he was also a shareholder. He has held leadership roles with the American Galvanizing Association (AGA), the Chemical Coaters Association International (CCAI), NACE Committee TEG 428X, AREMA Committee 15, and the Western Bridge Preservation Partnership. Kevin’s impact extends beyond titles. His presentations have directly influenced industry-wide adoption of zinc metallic coatings, from FedEx and Wabash trailer manufacturers to bridge preservation projects across the United States. Known as the industry’s “go-machine” for his passion and energy, Kevin brings both technical authority and a storyteller’s clarity to every stage.
